Uygulamadan silme

1. Zarf uygulamasını açın ve Profil ekranına gidin.
2. Hesabı sil seçeneğine dokunun.
3. Açıklamayı okuyun, onay kutusunu işaretleyin ve Hesabımı kalıcı olarak sil düğmesine dokunun.

Bu adımlar Android'de ve iOS'ta (iPhone) aynıdır; Hesabı sil seçeneği, oturum açmışken Profil ekranında görünür.

Silme işlemi sunucularımızda hemen başlar ve genellikle birkaç dakika içinde tamamlanır; ardından oturumunuz kapanır.

Uygulama olmadan silme talebi

Uygulamaya erişemiyorsanız, Zarf hesabınızın e-posta adresinden akelsanyazilim@gmail.com adresine "Hesap silme talebi" konulu bir e-posta gönderin. Bu talepler elle işlenir. Hesabın size ait olduğunu doğruladıktan sonra, uygulamadaki silmeyle aynı işlemi başlatırız ve size e-postayla bilgi veririz. Talepleri en geç 30 gün içinde sonuçlandırmayı taahhüt ediyoruz.

Saklanan bilgiler

• Ücretsiz denemenin yeniden kullanılmasını önlemek için e-posta adresinizin tek yönlü özeti (SHA-256) ve deneme bilgileri saklanır; aynı e-posta adresiyle yeni hesap açarsanız yeni deneme başlamaz.
• Davet koduyla katıldıysanız, adınızı veya e-posta adresinizi içermeyen davet kaydınız saklanır.

Telefonunuzda ve Google Drive'da kalanlar

Bu dosyalar sunucularımızda değil, sizin cihazınızda ve hesabınızda durduğu için silinmez; isterseniz kendiniz silebilirsiniz:

• Gizli Kasa'daki dosyalar telefonunuzda şifreli olarak kalır.
• iOS'ta Gizli Kasa'nın anahtarı ve PIN bilgisi cihazın Anahtar Zinciri'nde (Keychain) saklanır; iOS bu kayıtları uygulama kaldırıldıktan sonra da cihazda tutabilir. Bu kayıtlar sunucularımıza hiç gönderilmez.
• Klasörlerinizdeki dosyalar ve aldığınız dosyalar telefonunuzda kalır.
• Google Drive yedekleriniz Drive hesabınızda kalır.

Abonelik

Hesabınızı silmek Google Play aboneliğinizi iptal etmez; ödemeler siz iptal edene kadar devam eder. Silmeden önce aboneliğinizi Google Play abonelik ayarlarından iptal edin. Silinen hesaba bağlı bir abonelik yeni bir hesaba aktarılamayabilir.

iOS'ta abonelikler doğrudan Apple'ın App Store uygulama içi satın alma sistemiyle yönetilir. iOS'ta da hesabınızı silmek App Store aboneliğinizi iptal etmez. Silmeden önce iPhone'da Ayarlar > [adınız] > Abonelikler bölümünden ya da App Store abonelik ayarlarından iptal edin. Delete in the app

1. Open the Zarf app and go to the Profile screen.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Read the explanation, tick the confirmation box and tap the delete button.

These steps are the same on Android and iOS (iPhone); Delete account appears on the Profile screen while you are signed in.

Deletion starts on our servers right away and usually finishes within a few minutes; you are then signed out.

Request deletion without the app

If you cannot use the app, send an email with the subject "Account deletion request" from your Zarf account's email address to akelsanyazilim@gmail.com. These requests are handled manually. After confirming that the account is yours, we start the same deletion as in the app and let you know by email. We commit to completing requests within 30 days at the latest.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in account
• Your profile (name and email address)
• Your entry for being found by email
• Your Zarf contacts
• The transfer records you sent or received (including file names and connection details). They are also removed from the other party's account.
• Your notification entries
• Your plan and send count
• Your store subscription records

What is kept

• To prevent the free trial from being reused, a one-way hash (SHA-256) of your email address and trial details are kept; a new account with the same email address does not start a new trial.
• If you joined with an invite code, your invite record, which contains neither your name nor your email address, is kept.
• If you sent invite emails, the daily invite limit counters are not deleted. They contain your user ID and one-way hashes, not a name, email or IP address.
• Your name and email address saved by other users in their own contacts, and files they sent to or received from you, stay in their accounts and on their devices.
• Google Play's own purchase records are subject to Google's policies.
• The App Store's own purchase records are subject to Apple's policies.

What stays on your phone and in Google Drive

These are not deleted because they are on your device and in your account, not on our servers; you can delete them yourself:

• Files in the private vault stay encrypted on your phone.
• On iOS, the vault's key and PIN data are kept in the device's Keychain; iOS may keep these entries on the device even after the app is uninstalled. They are never sent to our servers.
• Files in your folders and files you received stay on your phone.
• Your Google Drive backups stay in your Drive account.

Subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel your Google Play subscription; payments continue until you cancel. Before deleting, cancel your subscription in Google Play subscription settings. A subscription linked to a deleted account may not be transferable to a new account.

On iOS, subscriptions are managed directly by Apple's App Store In-App Purchase system. Deleting your account does not cancel your App Store subscription either. Before deleting, cancel it on your iPhone under Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions or in App Store subscription settings. The Manage subscription button on the in-app Delete account screen opens Google Play's subscription settings on Android and the App Store's on iOS.
